LOGISTICS/SUP CHAIN PROC CHG MGR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Coordinate the development of solutions and projects. Direct the use of Lean or Six Sigma Methods to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development and rollout. Facilitate and lead efforts across the Supply Chain in support of Fresh initiatives, eliminating non-value-added activities, and enhancing the Customer 1st Strategy. Support objectives and coordination with cross functional teams within G.O. and Divisions. Develop solutions working collaboratively with G.O., Divisions and Supplier Community in support of our Customer 1st Strategy. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate and lead the process improvement activities developing sustainable processes and solutions that drive supply chain efficiencies, eliminate non-value-added activities and enhance our Customer experience.
- Lead the design of streamlined enterprise-level business processes that improve Freshness, support growth plans, decrease cost, and meet our business strategy.
- Develop scope and approach of major Supply Chain initiatives, prioritize project deployment and align resources to projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Senior Management to understand and document business strategies.
- Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current and future state processes.
- Set process modeling and documentation standards and update standards.
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Work with Logistics Manager CommunicationsOrganizational Development, and Corporate Training and Development, to develop training modules consistent with the standards.
- Consult with subject matter experts to develop potential business and technology solutions; advise on impact to business processes.
- Define and document current and future state business processes, identify process improvement needs and develop plans to implement suggested improvements.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Desired Previous Job Experience:
- DC/Plant Operations
- Supply Chain
- Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
- 5 years experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodology
- 5 years direct project management experience
- Trained in Six Sigma/Lean Process Improvement
- Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals
- Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
- Ability to direct the development and documentation of business processes
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions.
- Ability to maintain a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to travel independently 25%
