ECOMMERCE PLANNER - NEW GROWTH VERTICALS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Forecast, develop, execute, and communicate critical business insights to support sales forecasting, financial plans, product assortment, service area, promotions, location-specific logistics, and operations with our state-of-the-art robotic automated fulfillment centers. Communicate with leadership, and work with key stakeholders, to continually evaluate reporting and ensure it is capturing the most relevant information to influence decision making for existing and new markets. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven insights that drive material business impact
- Continually communicate with leadership, on all levels, to influence decision making
- Coordinate and communicate with Logistics and Operations on initiatives that require partnership to deliver the goal
- Strategically manage a timely release schedule of reporting and analysis to maximize relevancy of information to support company initiatives and annual goals
- Partner with 84.51, our best-in-class consumer analytics arm, on understanding customer behavior and generating recommendations to maximize customer lifetime value
- Be a key analytics partner in ad hoc business projects to improve business results and efficiency
- Travel up to 25% to execute job duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree business or related field
- 3+ years merchandising, eCommerce, buying or finance experience
- Highly attentive to details, Strong analytical, technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence tools (for example: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R) preferred
- Strong organization, oral/written communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and with agility to partner with multiple teams

Desired
- Master's Degree business or related field
