DIGITAL EXPERIENCE PLANNER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing holistic digital experience plans based on customer insights, analytics and business priorities. Accountable for managing robust experience calendar with key themes, events, and priorities. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee digital experience planning for Kroger's digital properties, including but not limited to, web and app experiences
- Coordinate annual, quarterly and monthly planning sessions between cross-functional team of Digital Experience, Site Merchandising, eCommerce Business Managers, Promo Planning and marketing to ensure cohesive, Omni-channel plan to drive overall conversion and AOV
- Manage digital experience priorities and event calendar, identifying cross-category, cross-marketing support within experiences
- Ensure core experiences (i.e. homepage and navigation) are in sync with branding, marketing and enterprise priorities, along with providing optimization recommendations based on trends and customer behavior
- Partner with marketing to ensure holistic customer journey and brand narrative alignment through digital channels
- Partner with product design and product management teams to identify new opportunities and innovations to bring stories to life digitally
- Work closely with Site Merchandising and Site Experience on conversion rate and site optimization
- Develop test and learn initiatives that improve the experience on home page and connected experiences, analyze results and share key learnings with cross-functional teams
- Manage cross-functional teams to specific timelines and ensure all information is collected in order to plan properly
- Research competitors and analyze market trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Merchandising, Business, Marketing or other related fields
- 4+ years of experience in Digital, Merchandising or Marketing related role in an eCommerce or retail company
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex
- Excellent decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train associates
- Organized and efficient with large volumes of tasks; ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, team-oriented environment

- Understanding of project management and timelines
