JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive corporate sales initiatives to achieve sales and gross profit budgets and support shrink initiatives. Responsible for the development, coordination, accuracy and communication of the sales plan and alternative revenue streams. Achieve category sales, units, profit and growth for areas as assigned. Serve as a strategic partner with leadership, suppliers and vendors to create a competitive advantage and establish Kroger Health (KH) as a leader in operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Grow enrollment in digital solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales planning and retail based Kroger Health goals
- Manage projects executed across all divisions autonomously
- Travel regularly to evaluate planning and execution of campaigns; evaluate markets for additional offerings
- Support messaging and planning for retail-based events such as Drug Takeback Day, ADA Heart sales, and JDRF Shoes
- Own relationship/contract management, ad hoc materials execution (POS) for unique channels/partners and broader financial agreements (i.e., Higi, Adheris, Clinic affiliates, Medicare partners)
- Ensure appropriate communication with stake holders to execute KH's retail messaging and customer experience; ensure time to prep for a campaign/promo and report on results
- Coordinate website, social media, and email promotions for all retail KH assets
- Coordinate with agencies to update and refresh collateral (e.g., regular comp-required signage, etc.)
- Map out placement of KH period promotions, including shippers, temporary in-line, and KH dump bins
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction by division, quarterly
- Manage new product based revenue
- Serve as liaison/operator of communications and intake from divisions incremental to communications and other support materials, including recaps of sign package, plans to achieve objectives, newsletters, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in emerging health and wellness trends and topics in order to provide leadership with quarterly updates
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
- 2+ years of experience in project management, assortment/segmentation and/or sales management
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems, prioritize workloads and shift resources
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales promotion, assortment and segmentation, and/or procurement experience
- 2+ years process management experience (Six Sigma)
