JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and lead the enterprise eCommerce always-on planning function, ensuring that strategic initiatives align with financial, operational, and customer planning cycles. Develop and drive the long-range growth roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business teams' objectives. Play a pivotal role in translating business-driven strategy into actionable, data-driven plans, ensuring the integration of multi-year growth objectives with enterprise strategies. As the strategic driver of forecasting and sizing new initiatives, ensure that investment decisions are backed by robust data insights and actionable forecasts. This role involves partnering cross-functionally with Seamless, Third-Party Platforms, Go-to-Market, Operations and other business leaders to align and translate strategic priorities into actionable sales, margin, and customer growth targets. Provide strategic oversight of weekly and periodic forecasts, ensuring that all efforts stay aligned with long-term goals and company vision. Responsible for aggregating the long-range plans and delivering cohesive, executive-level presentations that align leadership and ensure decisions are made based on clear, actionable insights. Own the governance, development, and delivery of enterprise eCommerce performance scorecards, offering a comprehensive view of the organization's progress toward long-term goals. Serve as a single source of truth for performance measurement, assumptions, and progress tracking. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage and manage data and insights for the Digital/eCommerce team, ensuring data-driven decisions inform business optimization, the value proposition, and go-to-market plans.
  • Model the business impact of new opportunities including upside/downside scenarios, sensitivities, and investment tradeoffs, and integrate them into the long-range planning process, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap.
  • Lead sales planning and forecasting from long-term strategy to weekly forecasts, working cross-functionally to align goals across teams.
  • Partner with business teams across digital/omni to translate strategic priorities into sales, margin, and customer growth targets with clear accountability and ownership.
  • Establish and manage a prioritization framework and consistent governance model to ensure the team stays on track, proactively highlighting risks to plan.
  • Oversee executive-level presentations and performance reporting on long-range plans and KPIs to drive informed, data-backed decisions.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 8+ years of experience in general management of a business line or digital/eCommerce division
  • Proven experience building forecasts (weekly to long range), sales planning, and financial/operational modeling
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership working with product, marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations
  • Experience owning executive-level reporting (KPI dashboards, board/executive presentations) and driving decisions from insights
  • Advanced Excel; proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and SQL; experience building executive dashboards and presentations
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into sales, margin, and customer growth targets and track performance to plan in a clear and concise manner understandable by all levels of stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with a bias to action; balances long-range strategy with near-term execution
  • High accountability; meets deadlines for weekly forecasts and executive readouts


Desired
  • MBA or quantitative graduate degree
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, enterprise environment with senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience in retail/eCommerce (site merchandising, media/traffic, conversion funnels, promotions, marketplace)
