CORP CISP/PRICING ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing everyday retail pricing for in-scope departments for assigned divisions or eCommerce, and participate in analyzing, proposing, and developing price strategies that enable the enterprise s financial goals and strategic objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine and assign everyday retails for all items within the in-scope departments for assigned divisions or eCommerce, to ensure they are aligned with enterprise strategies and support division-specific or eCommerce customer and financial objectives
  • Build strategic partnerships with divisions or eCommerce team to execute pricing strategy
  • Report and maintain all division-specific or eCommerce price reporting, including competitive positioning and program performance reporting
  • Collaborate with division merchandisers or eCommerce team to evaluate competition and market structure, and manage all price zoning and competitor assignments within corporate pricing systems
  • Identify, schedule and coordinate any division or eCommerce price check needs
  • Collaborate with department pricing leads to build and maintain tailored pricing strategies for assigned divisions or eCommerce
  • Enforce logic at the shelf (spreads/parities) for everyday pricing following merchandising pricing guidelines
  • Analyze competitor pricing and commodity margins as necessary to identify potential retail pricing opportunities
  • Communicate price changes, weekly price change count and ensure correct unit price tags are distributed to meet the business needs
  • Perform ad hoc financial/customer reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
