Associate Project Coordinator - Fresh Innovation & Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate directly with Senior Business Owners to support the Fresh and Innovations (FIO) team by developing documentation and executing processes of department pilots and strategic initiatives. Partner with FIO team members and cross-functional business stakeholders to create resources, manage processes, and generate reports that enhance Fresh operations across stores. Provide comprehensive support and proactive problem-solving to help Senior Business Owners achieve initiative goals and drive results. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of training materials and communication documents for pilots and initiatives.
- Gather, organize, and communicate associate-facing process documentation.
- Collaborate with FIO team members to plan and schedule pilot and initiative activities.
- Partner with project owners to learn new processes and standards, and translate them into clear, actionable resources for associates.
- Assist in identifying and resolving store-level issues, removing barriers to successful implementation of operational processes and technologies.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all project teams.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal business units that support overall project execution.
- Create and maintain reports for FIO department initiatives, including periodic performance and progress reporting.
- Understand and implement the setup, strategy, and usage guidelines for company communication tools such as Feed and Fresh Start, for the FIO team.
- Understand the company's training infrastructure to ensure the appropriate channels are used when delivering messages to associates.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Travel to work and store locations to attend company meetings and document operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of retail/category merchandising/management background
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of industry/technical terms and processes
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
