KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical consultation, configuration, and development of stories based on user requirements and Agile Team delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow Platform including the SPM Product suite of applications and capabilities, as well as custom applications built on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work very close with key business stakeholders, ServiceNow Architects, Platform Admins, Scrum Masters and Solution Developers to properly capture and maintain a Product Backlog which is prioritized for planned releases based on the Product Managers roadmaps
  • Set up ServiceNow product demos for POC and for end of Sprint Releases in lower environments leading to planned releases into the production environments not limited to DEV, TEST, STAGE, and UAT
  • Accountable for effective backlog management, ensuring the stories are aligned with business objectives and priorities to maximize value, considering input from stakeholders and balancing competing demands
  • Manage business process to product capability mapping, creation of agile user stories, technical designs, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, testing, UAT and deployment; provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow standard configurations; conduct final QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverables
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in the ServiceNow platform with a concentration in SPM
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience; desired certifications include: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS), Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM, Certified Implementation Specialist - App Engineer, Industry Certifications Agile Scrum Master, SAFe Fundamentals
  • Understanding of configuration, implementation, development, standard List/Form/Navigation Updates, Workflows, Instance Management, Creating Tables and Fields
  • Familiarity with the Platform data model including CSDM, data analytics and data reporting; experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
  • Strong process development, facilitating requirements for SNOW implementations; technical knowledge and experience working on ServiceNow upgrades and releases (such as Vancouver and Utah)
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, ability to support the team's delivery processes and create high-quality products that meet our customer's needs
