About the Role
As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.
What You'll Do
- Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors
- Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
- Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
- Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
- Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
- Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
- Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices
- Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
- Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
- Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback

Must Haves
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading by example and supporting team development
- Ability to effectively manage performance, expectations, and day-to-day priorities
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and compliance
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice to Haves
- Experience at Kohl's and/or in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel operations
- Familiarity with inventory systems, reporting tools, or operational dashboards
- Experience supporting multiple locations or teams
Experience Requirements
- No specific years of experience required
- Direct experience includes hands-on responsibility for inventory accuracy, controls, reconciliation, or operational execution
- Relatable experience may include roles in operations, retail leadership, logistics, or analytical positions where accountability, performance management, and operational metrics were key responsibilities
Schedule Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak periods as required
- Willingness to adjust schedule to support operational priorities, inventory events, or issue resolution
