Senior Analyst, Digital Reporting & Optimization

About the Role
In this role, you will help elevate digital analytics insights into data-driven business recommendations and apply statistical analysis techniques to identify site and business performance drivers.
What You'll Do
- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, KPI frameworks, and automated analytics solutions to support digital performance monitoring and decision-making
- Validate data and troubleshoot discrepancies across Adobe Analytics, tagging implementations and enterprise BI platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze digital behavior, traffic patterns and performance trends to generate clear insights that partners can act on
- Support cross-functional teams by improving reporting outputs, refining measurement approaches and optimizing existing analytics processes
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, category performance and journeys to identify opportunities, risks and potential test ideas
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise summaries tailored for digital, product, marketing and merchandising partners
- Provide data-informed recommendations grounded in performance patterns, business context and experimentation learnings
- Partner with Technology to define tagging requirements, support QA and UAT, validate implementations and help resolve data defects impacting key journeys
- Maintain tagging, reporting, KPI and measurement documentation to support consistent and reliable analytics usage
- Contribute to training materials, reference guides and self-serve resources that help partners effectively use Adobe Analytics, dashboards and internal tools.

What Skills You Have
Required
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with strong analytics principles
- Problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, work under firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Preferred
- 3+ years of working in a high-volume retail environment
- 3+ years of experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or Google Analytics and testing/optimization tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely or Maxymiser
- Knowledge of languages and programs such as SQL, Python, R Statistics
