Kohler Co. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth within our Bathroom Faucets & Accessories category. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance to inform strategies for innovation and profitability.
The Senior Product Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating product performance, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that shape the product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sourcing, supply chain, engineering, sales, and industrial design—to ensure data-driven decisions that enhance portfolio vitality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze product performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions and new product development.
- Utilize consumer insights tools and incorporate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including pricing, innovation, and market share.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that communicate data-driven insights, business strategies, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assess product needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and initiatives.
- Support the commercialization process and go-to-market strategies through data analysis and performance tracking.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
TRAVEL
- Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customers as needed, approximately 25%.
