As the Senior Manager Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital product strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences for our center/site staff & families. You will lead a team of ~2-4 Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that align with company goals.

This specific role will oversee our Center Workforce Management alongside out Consumer & Business Insights product teams, supporting all core KinderCare Learning brands.

Our Center Workforce Management platform (Legion) allows our field staff to manage schedules across all of our centers & sites, ensuring we're meeting the demand of each center/site, while creating a consistent staffing experience for our families, children & teachers. Our Consumer & Business Insights team focus on centralizing key upstream data sources to enable modern tooling for analysts to drive new insights into our business, while enabling automated enterprise reporting, all through a modern data platform in DataBricks.

We're looking for an innovative product leader to build a long-term strategy. This strategy will help us improve these practices. It will also deliver outstanding experiences and stronger automation for our field and corporate staff.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the digital product roadmap, through cross-functional partnership that identifies & prioritizes new opportunities across the organization
  • Lead customer & employee research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to refine concepts that will create sustainable value for our families & organization
  • Establish yourself as a leader within the Digital Products Program, being an active storyteller within the organization, while driving best practices within the digital program

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to your team of Product Managers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Partner with strategy, operations, marketing, analytics, billing, finance & engineering to create & drive seamless product execution
  • Influence executive stakeholders by presenting data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Facilitate effective communication between Product Managers, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals and alignment on priorities

Product Development & Innovation

  • Own an entire value stream, through the eyes of our key consumers
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Implement agile methodologies and standards for efficient product delivery
  • Provide key product requirements to technical partners, while aligning on technical solutions
  • Drive AI, workflow automation, and emerging technology adoption to reduce manual effort and improve scalability across digital experiences
  • Act as the key representative with external suppliers to influence the roadmap of applications that are core to your value stream

Business & Financial Impact

  • Align product investments with P&L and revenue growth objectives
  • Optimize pricing/discounting models, drive user adoption, and digital monetization strategies
  • Establish benchmarks to measure product performance and impact on customer experience

Customer-Centric & Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and A/B testing to refine product offerings
  • Champion a customer-first mentality, ensuring intuitive, seamless digital experiences
  • Iterate based on feedback, ensuring continuous product improvement and innovation

Prioritization & Resource Management:

  • Work alongside Product Managers and engaged in the digital project to prioritize feature development
  • Guide the team in making data-driven decisions that balance the requirements of our customers and collaborators
  • Allocate resources effectively toward the right projects to enhance the value created by the team
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting the successful delivery of product commitments.
  • Work proactively with business stakeholders and technical partners to identify areas of risk early and collaboratively develop solutions to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in digital product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience successfully scaling digital products in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment, while supporting larger organizational rollouts
  • Ability to demonstrate best-practices when scaling enterprise analytics & reporting - including experience with data centralization, self-service, governance, security & predictive modeling
  • Strong expertise in agile development, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, UI/UX designers, and go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and translate business goals into digital solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI, automation, cloud-based platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Background in analytics, SaaS, e-commerce, FinTech, or enterprise digital solutions
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) & revenue driving product initiatives
