Product Manager, Enterprise Reporting - Fully Remote!

As Product Manager Enterprise Reporting, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise reporting, data, and analytical products that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role owns the product vision supporting the expansion of key business insights to unlock faster decision making across all our brands, translating complex business needs into scalable, high-value data and reporting solutions.
This is a product management role, not a reporting analyst or technical implementation role. You will be responsible for thinking holistically about enterprise information needs, understanding key persona across the org and what data is most needed to unlock performance & behavioral insights in their area.
This role will inform end-to-end business processes, data flows and leading prioritization and product decisions across initiatives that may span multiple platforms, data domains, and teams. You will partner closely with executive and operational collaborators, data architecture, BI engineering, governance, and platform teams to guarantee the reporting and analytics ecosystem delivers measurable business value while meeting standards for data quality, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Develop and own the multi-quarter roadmap for Enterprise Reporting, aligned to business strategy and organizational priorities.
- Partner with business and technology leadership to define a cohesive reporting and analytics vision that scales across departments and use cases.
- Evaluate emerging analytics capabilities, platform improvements, and new technologies to guide strategic adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Value
- Lead discovery with business leaders to understand problem statements, decision-making needs, and success measures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, data readiness, and organizational value, making informed trade-off decisions.
- Serve as the primary product voice for Enterprise Reporting, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity on outcomes and expectations.
- Partner with key reporting analysts in the business, to inform development of new dashboards & reports via Power Bi
Product Delivery & Backlog Management
- Own and maintain the product backlog, defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on business outcomes.
- Lead quarterly and incremental planning, ensuring alignment between roadmap priorities and delivery capacity.
- Partner with BI engineers, data architects, and business systems analysts to deliver high-quality, trusted reporting and analytics solutions.
Data Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Define and implement data governance practices related to organizational reporting, ensuring consistency, accurate security practices, consistent accuracy, and usability.
- Collaborate with data governance, security, audit, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data standards, access controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote built-in quality by establishing validation criteria and reviewing delivered work against business and data expectations.
Measurement, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key benchmarks (KPIs) and success metrics for reporting and analytics products.
- Assess return on investment (ROI) for analytics initiatives and guide continuous improvement based on usage and feedback.
- Drive adoption of data visualization and insight tools through collaborator engagement and feedback loops.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics product ownership, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of data or reporting products.
- Prior leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated analytics, reporting, or data platform initiatives. Experience implementing or partnering on data governance, quality management, and compliance practices.
- Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization in an agile delivery environment, and working within Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks.
- Able to translate business problems into product initiatives, user stories, and measurable outcomes, can explain sophisticated data concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Understanding of enterprise data architectures (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse patterns).
- Working knowledge of SQL, dimensional modeling concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, or similar ecosystems. Hands-on familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Awareness of data security, privacy, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX-related reporting).
