Director of Website Marketing - Fully Remote!

You are skilled and experienced at building the strategic direction, implementation, and performance of a portfolio of websites. You'll ensure our brand and location-specific websites are digital destinations that reflect our brands, engage prospective customers and employees, and drive business objectives.
Working alongside a talented team responsible for communicating the value our brands bring to current and prospective families, clients and employees, the ideal candidate brings expertise in driving website performance and customer conversion, building digital strategies, and has experience working in a multi-brand / multi-unit business.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute an overall website strategy aligned with individual brand business objectives
• Work with leaders and teams across digital products, IT & product delivery, strategy, operations, and marketing to deliver website initiatives
• Collaborate with key internal and external partners to ensure website and mobile platforms are customer-focused, user-friendly, and deliver a high-quality brand expression and experience
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage
Revenue & Enrollment Growth
• Deliver digital inquiry quality and quantity down to classroom level, increase customer conversion to tour and enroll, and support customer retention
• Identify and implement strategies to expand market share
Data & Analytics
• Define and track KPIs related to site traffic, conversion, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions
• Report regularly to executive leadership on performance, insights, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website, or e-commerce leadership
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, and customer analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
