As the Content Systems and AI Specialist, you'll be working closely with Content, Creative, Brand, Growth, and Digital Marketing leaders to build, document, and scale new editorial approaches, workflows, and tools. There is a strong emphasis on AI‑enabled content creation, lightweight automation, and reusable systems that support multichannel content production (e.g., web, paid media, email/lifecycle).

This is a hands-on, builder role for someone with strong creative instincts who is excited to apply emerging technology to real creative problems. This is not a pure technology role and not a project management role. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, brings sound creative judgment, has creative or content experience, and brings curiosity about/passion for how tools, data, and systems can help teams create better work, faster.

Responsibilities:

Content & Workflow Innovation

  • Support the development, testing, and improvement of new content creation models, templates, and workflows that increase speed, flexibility, and volume of output.
  • Assess current content workflows (intake through launch), identify friction points, and propose practical improvements that reduce cycle time and review loops.
  • Help build repeatable, modular systems that enable content to be efficiently created, adapted, versioned, and reused across brands/channels.
  • Translate creative needs into clear creative templates, SOPs, QA checklists, and lightweight automation that others can easily adopt.

AI & Tool Enablement

  • Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, variant generation, versioning, repurposing, and channel‑specific adaptation of content.
  • Help develop and maintain prompt libraries, guidelines, and best practices that produce high‑quality, on‑brand, compliant outputs and demonstrate judgment about when AI should and should not be used.
  • Partner with senior team members to test tools, document learnings, establish guardrails, and scale what works.
  • Support responsible AI usage by helping ensure outputs follow brand, legal, privacy, accessibility, and approved‑use standards.

Brand, Creative Quality & Optimization Support

  • Apply Brand Guidelines and creative standards when reviewing or assessing content generated through new workflows.
  • Evaluate AI‑assisted and creative asset template‑driven work for tone, voice, clarity, accuracy, accessibility basics, and brand alignment.
  • Flag quality or compliance issues and help refine processes to improve future output.
  • Support creative testing and optimization efforts by helping manage clean versioning, hypotheses, documentation of learnings, and application of insights.
  • Integrate creative and channel performance learnings (e.g., campaign results, engagement signals) back into content and workflow improvements.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors/creators, strategists, marketers, and channel teams (paid media, web, lifecycle/CRM) to ensure tools and workflows meet real creative and performance needs.
  • Help socialize new processes, tools, and learnings across teams to drive adoption.
  • Support training and enablement as new approaches, templates, or AI practices are rolled out.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years in a creative, content, editorial, creative operations, digital production, or content‑adjacent role. Experience reviewing design and content at scale across different channels and brands, and applying creative judgment to content quality, consistency, and brand alignment in a consumer‑facing environment.
  • Background in writing, editing, design, video, or content strategy within brand guidelines or reviewing creative work at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the creative lifecycle, including review and approval processes and previous exposure to creative operations, content systems, DAMs, workflow tools, or modular design systems.
  • Hands‑on professional experience using AI tools to support content creation (including but not limited to agentic AI models such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT as well as more advanced models; as well as content creation tools and systems, including Adobe Suite) with sound judgment about appropriate use.
  • Familiarity with creative testing fundamentals (A/B testing, hypotheses, documenting learnings), creative QA, accessibility basics, or publishing/trafficking to marketing channels.
  • Curiosity about innovation and how emerging technologies can enhance (not replace) creative work. Comfortable experimenting with new ways of working and learning through iteration, as well as helping change-manage across a team.
