Overview

Treasury Administrator, under the direction of the Corporate Controller, will manage all treasury management functions for the Company. The Treasury Administrator will be responsible for all banking relationships (Corporate, Property Management and Development) which will include up to 30 banking platforms.  In addition, the position will assist with monitoring daily cash balances and managing bank account administration. This hybrid role will be based in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia region with on-site attendance required at our McLean, VA Corporate Office 1-2 times per month. 

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of bank accounts for all departments, to include implementing new banking relationships as needed
  • Assisting and maintaining all Treasury Services to include Positive pay implementations and administration to all platforms
  • Main contact for banking relationships
  • Prepare cash analysis for properties as needed
  • Upload manual positive pay files
  • Approve Wires/Transfers as needed
  • facilitate research for bank adjustments/reconciling items where we didn’t receive support, affidavits for fraud inquiries
  • Manage and negotiate bank analysis statements across banking relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a corporate treasury role is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
  • Experience working in Yardi is preferred
  • Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge in banking products, banking platforms and opening/closing bank accounts
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
