About the Role:

Sales Strategy & Operations at KeepTruckin drives the strategy, execution, and scale of KeepTruckin’s revenue growth.  Our work is cross-functional and touches nearly every part of our business - from what we sell, to whom, and how. 

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead our new verticals initiative.  This self-starter has an entrepreneurial mindset and can lead our efforts to expand into new industries.  You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, analyzing performance, developing critical insights, crafting strategies, and scaling the most impactful playbooks to drive growth.  The new verticals initiative is critical to the success of the company and will have high-visibility with our C-Suite.  This role will report to the Head of Growth & Planning. 

What You'll Do:

  • Champion cross-functional projects to scale our New Verticals business
  • Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics
  • Lead weekly business reviews and partner with PMO to ensure flawless execution of campaigns

What We're Looking For:

  • You have 5+ years of work experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Operations at a fast growing startup
  • Ownership mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
  • Excellent communicator who is capable of building relationships and delivering compelling presentations to senior leaders
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
