About the Role:

With a strong focus on customer service, the People Operation Specialist will create a seamless and positive experience throughout an employees’ career at KeepTruckin. The People Ops Specialist will help manage and upkeep our HRIS and employee records, making sure all data is accurate and up-to-date. Seek to improve processes to be more scalable and efficient to better serve the KT team globally. Be the front-line point person to answer employee questions on all HR topics and triage to functional HR experts as needed. Oversee new New Hire Orientation, onboarding, and off-boarding to ensure employees have a great experience. Support our People Ops Analyst with KT’s Immigration and Global Mobility Program.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the new hire experience, manager and new hire communication, and scheduling logistics.
  • Be the point of contact for new hires.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties to execute a smooth and timely employee onboarding process, ensuring all required new hire documentation has been completed (e.g. Form I-9, e-Verify)
  •  Respond to employee inquiries, acting as an initial resource for employees questions around a wide range of HR topics
  • Manage KT’s Global Mobility program, you will guide managers, and business teams to set expectations on recommended practices, processes, and timelines; and provide excellent customer service to employees in responding to their questions/concerns.
  • Serve as initial client point of contact for assigned case matters by communicating with Internal counsel, managers, HRBPs, external counsel, and other leaders regarding required documentation, and case status.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
  • 1+ years of experience in Global Mobility i.e., relocation, immigration is ideal
  • Superior written, verbal communication and high attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a team, partnering with the rest of the People team as well as stakeholders across KT.
  • 1+ years of Workday experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or great People Ops experience!
  • Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong dedication to teamwork and an eagerness to meet deadlines
