About The Job

The Sales Development organization at KeepTruckin is instrumental to our GTM hyper growth success.  In recognition of the organization’s contribution, we are significantly investing in SDR capacity.  We are looking for a Director Sales Development Operations to partner with the VP of Sales Development as we grow and bring scale to this team.  This role will own all operational elements of the Sales Development team including, work-flow optimization, run the operational plan,  ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting against our KPI’s, drive operational rigor around our sales tech stack and provide ad-hoc analysis to identify strategic insights to improve our business operations.  The role reports to the VP of Sales Strategy and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a set of dashboards & analytics packages for the teams and cross functional management, measuring success and ensuring accuracy in reporting
  • In collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of lead flow, including account matching, lead routing and lead assignment
  • Working with regional leaders on lead escalation procedures
  • Supporting the effective utilization of our technology stack for the SDR/BDR teams in partnership with our MarOps and Analytics teams – (SFDC, Tableau, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator +)
  • Owning the relationship with IT and Sales Transformation to further improve process flow within Salesforce.com (SFDC), and influence our SFDC systems architecture as it relates to the SDR/BDR teams
  • Resolving attribution issues between Marketing, BDR/SDR & Sales. Take ownership of reviewing / correcting attribution issues as per business rules
  • Working hand in hand with IT as well as Marketing and Sales Operations team on alignment around data initiatives and ensure SDR processes are aligned with global data standards
  • Supporting quarterly planning and capacity initiatives
  • Supporting leadership with day-to-day operations and strategy, producing routine and ad-hoc sales reporting for our key business units.
  • Mentor, coach and grow our Sales Development Operations team.  

Qualifications

  • Curiosity, rigorous thinking, and a strategic mindset
  • A demonstrated bias towards action, an ownership mentality, and the appetite to innovate
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Previous experience working across marketing and sales to define, develop and maintain scalable business processes designed to drive efficiency and operational rigor
  • Deep knowledge and hands on experience with reporting and analysis tools (Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau)
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and pipeline process
  • Experience in managing key sales tech applications (SFDC, Tableau, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator +)
  • Success in multiple SaaS environments with at least one experience in a $500M / +100 SMB AE team
  • BA/BS and/or advanced degree
