About the Role:

KeepTruckin is looking for a Product Marketing Director with enterprise software background to develop go-to-market messaging and strategies to accelerate our product adoption and revenue growth in the target market segments. You will lead a small team responsible for all market segments, from SMB to Enterprise. We are looking for a data driven leader with a collaborative approach who operates with a growth mindset and a passion to deliver results. You also need a talent for building and developing diverse teams and building working relationships across all functions of the company. 

You will be responsible for partnering with our Demand Generation and Performance Marketing teams to shape the strategy and identify new opportunities, as well as lead go-to-market strategy, messaging and execution with cross-functional partners to generate leads and drive revenue. This is an opportunity to play an instrumental role in driving the company's growth and influencing the product marketing team evolution through your vision, strategic thinking and excellent communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic and annual marketing plans that address all aspects of the marketing mix.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team to find creative ways to make a splash with product and solution campaigns.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy including business goals, the definition of target/persona differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales narrative to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
  • Work with leadership, global sales, and our real estate teams to develop marketing programs, and identify opportunities to expand the business.
  • Partnering with a Product and other Product Marketing teams to drive positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market activity for new product and feature releases.
  • Supporting the Sales team with market expertise, competitive positioning, buyer personas, and ongoing training on how to communicate the value of KeepTruckin to our target audiences.
  • Conducting competitive, market, and buyer research to ensure positioning and collateral reflects our strengths.
  • Creating concise and compelling collateral for new and existing KeepTruckin offerings including slide decks, product briefs, guides, videos, training materials, campaign content, and more.
  • Creating and coordinating customer proof points including case studies, customer success stories, and solution articles to support sales opportunities and marketing activities.
  • Taking charge of thought leadership activities from engaging with industry analysts to publishing blog posts on latest trends.
  • Evangelize products internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years experience in product marketing within a SaaS environment, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
  • A proven track record of increasing product market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities.
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Experience presenting to large groups, including C-level executives.
  • Experience working on complex, technical products and working closely with product and engineering.
  • Proven record of mentoring and leading a diverse team across geographical regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution across sales and sales support functions.
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple requests from various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
