About the Role:

As a Sales Account Executive, you have an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching KeepTruckin’s newest product offerings. We are looking for strong communicators who have a natural sales instinct to be the face and voice of an exciting, new product aimed at challenging the status quo. In this role, you will be expected to approach each prospect with a genuine interest in understanding their business and utilize your learnings to uncover the value KeepTruckin offers businesses. You understand the importance of providing a superb customer experience and are committed to ensuring it happens during each customer interaction.

This is the ideal role for a sales professional who embraces ambiguity, is highly motivated and thrives on challenges. You are a high-caliber sales expert who has immaculate Salesforce hygiene, exceptional organization and possesses the unique ability to instantly adapt to sudden changes in strategy or execution. You are comfortable working both independently and as a team, and always take initiative. 

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
  • Perform in a hybrid sales role that will encompass elements of the outbound, inbound and expansion sales motions.
  • Demo KeepTruckin product to prospective fleet managers for small fleets.
  • Proactively consult with businesses to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business. 
  • Leverage your sales expertise and accumulated experience on the front line in this role to work collaboratively with your manager and sales leadership to iterate on the sales process, approach and overall sales motion.  
  • Consistently adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/emails per day, Salesforce/SalesLoft hygiene and maintain or exceed a set conversion rate. 

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in an inbound/outbound sales role, using both phone and email - both inbound and outbound sales experience required.
  • Exceptional performance in a fast-paced sales environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience consulting with small business owners in the United States and Canada.
  • The desire to work in a fast paced environment that requires initiative and autonomy.
  • Highly organized, attaches great importance to being punctual and works with the highest level of integrity.
