Workplace Solutions - Financial Accountant, Senior Associate

As the Financial Accountant, you will be an integral part of the Workplace Solutions global finance team which is lead out of Clonakilty, Co. Cork.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the drafting and preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports;
• Preparing reports for regulatory bodies;
• Assisting in the preparation and review of group monthly management accounts and board reports;
• Analysis of financial data;
• Global Bank Reconciliations management;
• Managing audits and liasing with auditors;
• Getting involved in upcoming finance projects in the financial year;
• • Involvement in setup of new entities and integration of these entities into financial systems
• Other ad-hoc duties as they arise on the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• You hold a third level qualification, preferably in a finance related degree
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Have a numerical and analytical aptitude
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Professional accounting qualification would be advantageous
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude
