Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing delivery of workforce data offerings across payments functions, including utilization, capacity planning, and workforce insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement automation initiatives and optimize processes.
- Design and enhance dashboards and visualizations; produce reports and insights to support strategic programs.
- Develop executive reporting that measures operational performance for business-as-usual processes and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Expertise in data analytics, including developing and interpreting models to drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in data visualization and business decision support using tools such as Tableau.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking using data to evaluate scenarios, assess risks, and inform strategy.
- Advanced computer literacy and digital proficiency applied to process optimization and service improvement.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering quality service through clear, continuous updates.
