Wholesale Lending Services - Analyst
Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) serves Asset & Wealth Management, the Consumer & Community Bank and the Commercial & Investment Bank as an integrated partner, delivering end-to-end product support for syndicated and bilateral loan operations. We utilize our deep industry knowledge and unrivaled experience to help clients navigate federal regulations, ensuring compliance at origination, funding and throughout the life of the loan.
Currently present in over 30 locations, WLS is planning an expansion into Buenos Aires and is looking for analysts who can support this strategic initiative and manage the functions in scope.
As an Analyst within Wholesale Lending Services, you will demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills in complex operational environments, while building and maintaining effective partnerships with global operational teams and lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the operations of one of the WLS verticals in Buenos Aires, ensuring alignment with global functional partners and stakeholders.
- Execute daily activities with discipline and attention to detail.
- Assist team members with resource coordination and activity coverage.
- Track and report on delivery using key performance indicators.
- Help maintain an effective control environment and collaborate with key control stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and share best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of strong performance and continuous learning within the team.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services required.
- 1-2 years of experience in operational roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and with diverse stakeholders.
