As an Investment Specialist, Senior Associate in the Portfolio Solutions Multi-Asset Private Markets (MAPM) team, you will support the Global Alternative Investment Solutions business. The role will blend analytical, client-support, reporting, and content responsibilities, with exposure to product development initiatives and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
Job responsibilities:
- Support business development efforts by working with team leaders to create, maintain, and quality-check client-facing and internal materials (pitchbooks, one-pagers, product updates, quarterly materials, talking points)
- Assist in institutional client strategy execution by helping identify opportunities, compiling inputs, and coordinating internal stakeholders
- Produce and coordinate recurring reporting and commentary across products, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinate with wealth management managed programs specialists to ensure alignment on messaging, materials, and execution
- Support product development / launch execution by coordinating across stakeholders and partnering with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and other teams as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual workflows (e.g., reporting/data/content processes) where appropriate

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Clear, concise written and oral communication, with the ability to explain complex financial market and investment/product concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and reports related to financial markets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Ability to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner, frequently under tight deadline
- Positive attitude and creative thinking - an ability to take direction from senior team members while recognizing when to challenge legacy processes and drive efforts for improvement
- A working knowledge of portfolio construction as well as an understanding of investment risk/return concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and team-oriented
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of prior experience in the financial industry
