Role Overview
We are seeking a client‑focused professional with excellent communication skills to support beneficiary distributions for deceased clients' retail brokerage and retirement accounts. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who exercises sound judgment, applies critical thinking, and is comfortable engaging with investment representatives and a wide range of stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with personal representatives, legal entities, beneficiaries, and licensed representatives to facilitate beneficiary distributions for retail brokerage and retirement accounts.
- Review and validate client documentation to ensure compliance with firm requirements, including death certificates, court appointments, small estate affidavits, trust documents, affidavits of domicile and debt, tax waivers, and payment distribution forms.
- Request account liquidations as needed to fulfill distribution instructions.
- Calculate payments based on beneficiary designations and entitlements; execute distribution payments on behalf of beneficiaries.
- Perform reporting and data analysis to track cases, resolve issues, and identify process improvements.
- Adhere to documented workflows, controls, and procedures while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate experience reviewing client documentation, following structured workflows, and adhering to procedures.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyze and solve problems as an effective analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision while exercising discretion in handling confidential information.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Display a client-first mindset with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Possess 3+ years of experience in the securities industry and back-office functions.
- Apply prior legal or estate processing experience.
- Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders and influence decisions across levels.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate a history of supporting organizational change and continuous improvement.
