Vice President, Latin America Digital Channels - ACAC Online Digital Platforms

As a Vice President in the Latin America Digital Channels team, you will own the end-to-end commercialization of digital platforms across the region, with a primary focus on the ACAC market. You will work across product management, regulatory compliance, and client engagement to drive platform adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure market relevance. This role requires a strategic, execution-oriented professional with deep knowledge of the LatAm regulatory environment, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven background in digital banking or payments.
Job Responsibilities
Commercialization & Strategy
- You will lead the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America, with focused execution in the ACAC region.
- You will develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage, aligning initiatives with regional strategic goals and market relevance.
- You will monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and product expansion.
Product & Platform Management
- You will oversee the development and enhancement of digital products, applying strong product management discipline across the full lifecycle.
- You will ensure global digital platforms are adapted for local compliance and market relevance across Latin American countries.
- You will develop partnerships with third-party vendors to create strategic alliances that strengthen the platform ecosystem.

Collaboration, Compliance & Leadership
- You will collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams across the region to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
- You will ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies across LatAm.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking, payments, or related fields.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate market insights into executable plans.
- In-depth knowledge of the LatAm regulatory environment and ability to navigate compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Strong product management skills, with experience overseeing digital product development and enhancement.
- Strong relationship and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of treasury automation processes, Host to Host connectivity solutions, and client ERP systems.
- Experience with metrics and analytics frameworks applied to platform performance and adoption tracking.
- Background in the payments industry with understanding of client behavior and regional market nuances.
