Lifestyle Experiences, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a role focused on strategic partner development at The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON food festival.

EEEEEATSCON is a different kind of food experience built in the spirit of a music festival, but with the restaurants as the headliners. Our vibrant, two-day festivals bring 25+ local & out-of-town restaurants, entertainers, and experiences to high-value audiences all across the country.

As the Vice President of EEEEEATSCON Partner Strategy, you will support new partner development and execution of customer activations at The Infatuation's EEEEATSCON food festival that enhance the overall experience for our customers. You are a hybrid marketer, have a strategic mindset and will excel at building relationships with stakeholders across various lines of business, including brand-direct agency partners.

You will report to the Executive Director, Experiences Strategy, working in our NYC office 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON partner strategy & pipeline, with oversight of our agency relationship and holistic sponsorship workstream
  • Drive new business strategy, proposal development, and collaborative stakeholder thought work surrounding on-site partner activations
  • Pitch, develop, and drive the strategic outcomes of internal lines of business activations, bringing Chase customer benefits to life
  • Manage the festival's partner P&L, securing strategic partners to achieve key goals and core business objectives
  • Develop, create, and shape presentation materials including, but not limited to general presentations, partner-related activations, customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lines of business, and external agency partners to ensure activations are laddering up into north star objectives and activated with excellence
  • Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making
  • Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, actively supporting their professional growth and development through regular guidance, feedback, and coaching

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years experience in a marketing or strategy role within a complex and dynamic environment with
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly story tell using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.
  • Proficiency to identify issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency as a great team player
  • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strategy experience with deep intellectual curiosity, and strong end-to-end generalist problem solving skills
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry, primarily including restaurants, food & beverage, and travel
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about competitive industries including credit card points, loyalty, and membership rewards programs
  • Experience in having at least one direct report
  • Excellent organizational skills
