UK Regulatory Reporting Change Management Associate

Join the team, bringing your extensive experience using Jira, strong organizational skills, and a background or interest in finance. You will be the part of the Regulatory Controllers within Finance and Business Management and that the book of work is related to Capital and Financial Reporting in UK and EMEA region.

As an Associate within the Regulatory Reporting Change Management and Controls team, you will support the management of a large book of work, focusing on operational efficiency, data analysis and project tracking.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and tracking a large portfolio of items as part of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Use Jira for project tracking, issue management and workflow documentation. Preferably able to create and update boards, manage tasks and generate reports
  • Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data processes and visualise them in Tableau
  • Work effectively with a large, diverse group of stakeholders across multiple regions, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring alignment on project goals
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for operational efficiency and best practices
  • Prepare regular status updates, dashboards and analytical insights for management
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience managing or supporting multiple projects, ideally within financial services or consulting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in using Jira to manage a large volume of tickets
  • Proficiency in Alteryx for data automation and analytics
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across regions and cultures

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Educated to undergraduate degree level
  • Prior experience or understanding of finance or banking operations, particularly Capital Reporting
  • Familiarity with other data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
