Treasury Sales Group Executive - Southwest Mid-Corporate Market Segment Head

As the Southwest Treasury Sales Head within the Mid-Corporate Segment of Commercial & Investment Bank, you will lead a team of Treasury Sales professionals across the Southwest Region. Your responsibilities will include fostering and preserving trusted advisor relationships within Commercial Banking and Payments. You will be responsible for establishing robust alliances with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. A crucial part of your role will involve mentoring the Treasury Management Officers and Treasury Sales Associates, ensuring an outstanding client experience while managing risk and providing appropriate guidance to the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and execution of market and product strategies, utilizing your leadership skills to manage a team of Treasury Sales professionals.

Job responsibilities
- Recruit, train, lead, coach, and motivate Team
- Oversee the Southwest Mid-Corporate Treasury Solutions budget, sales goals and P&L
- Develop, monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness relative to key metric performance and goals
- Work with Mid-Corporate leadership to formulate and execute market strategy for Treasury Solutions
- Develop regional/district strategies to drive growth
- Cultivate larger prospect relationships of regional/national scope
- Oversee the development of actionable relationship plans for select clients
- Engage in a disciplined marketing process and quality call activities
- Manage customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables
- Partner with the client to ensure a successful implementation of Treasury Solutions
- Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years' experience in Treasury Services, Financial Services or related business experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience in managing geographically distributed team, and managing managers
- Deep understanding and direct background in the Southwest market.
- Sales management in an outside business to business sales environment with a documented track record of success / top performance
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury market
- Strong coaching, motivation and leadership skills; ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote field sales managers
- Ability to develop, drive and articulate strategy and vision for the team and lead a sales force
- Ability to measure key performance metrics and drive organization accordingly
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and direct staff and deliver all facets of performance management (coaching, career mobility, reviews, action plans, etc.
