Treasury Planning and Analysis- CCAR/Stress Testing - Associate

As a Treasury Associate in our CIB Treasury P&A team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for managing forecasts and plans to support Treasury strategies-including balance sheet, funding, liquidity, G-SIB, RWA, capital, and leverage initiatives. You will provide analytics for senior management across regulatory constraints, supporting CIB objectives to maximize return on capital, balance sheet usage, liquidity, and leverage.
You will partner with CIB Finance senior management, business heads, product controllers, and planning and analysis teams, working closely with LOB Product Control, Corporate Finance Reporting, Corporate Treasury, Corporate P&A, and the Regulatory Capital Management Office (RCMO) to ensure complete and accurate reporting of risk-weighted assets, balance sheet, capital, and liquidity for both actuals and forecasts. Based in Mumbai, you will support the New York team in delivering annual and quarterly stress forecast cycles for CCAR FED submissions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business issues and the accurate execution of policies.
Job responsibilities
- Support CIB stress forecasting for balance sheet, NII, FTP, RWA, and SLR, articulating results and partnering across all CIB sub-lines of business to prepare, review, and submit CCAR FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reports to the FRB.
- Analyze Macros Economic Variables (MEVs) for the current cycle versus the prior cycle to understand their impact on LOB projections.
- Prepare the FR Y-14A PLBS schedule based on Firmwide CCAR requirements and submit it in the neutron system.
- Perform variance analysis, PQ0-PQ1 analysis, and provide answers to CCST questions following corporate submission.
- Support the NY team in preparing review presentations for corporate treasury and senior managers.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of stress forecasting analytics, including enhancements and design of periodic ad-hoc reporting for Corporate and Risk Assessment groups.
- Liaise, partner, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and other support functions to drive implementation of capital planning and forecasting methodologies in production systems.
- Understand key regulatory and business drivers of capital management and decision-making, and assess their impact on overall Treasury and corporate-wide risk metrics and performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of financial services experience, experience in CCAR/stress testing is must
- Results-orientated without compromising control and detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment
- Actively listens and assimilates broad ranging information quickly
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other reporting/visualization tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting results to key stakeholders and senior management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with CIB Balance Sheet products, liquidity concepts and core lines of business is a plus.
