DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Conduct firmwide and legal entity specific Resolution and Recovery liquidity stress testing, analyze liquidity impacts and identify potential liquidity risks. Develop a deep understanding of Resolution and Recovery planning processes, with particular focus on liquidity analytics and stress assumption development and implementation. Be familiar with all of the Corporate Treasury related content included in Resolution and Recovery plans. Liaise with Lines of Business and other stakeholders to ensure that no inconsistencies exist or are introduced across the plans. Ensure Corporate Treasury deliverables are in compliance with evolving regulatory requirements related to liquidity, specifically around Resolution and Recovery planning. Consult internal stakeholders on Resolution and Recovery initiatives in other jurisdictions and provide guidance when local regulatory requests related to Resolution and Recovery planning are received. Keep up-to-date on regulatory developments in the global Resolution and Recovery planning space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Treasury, Balance Sheet Management Lead, Management Reporting Intermediate Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Treasury, Balance Sheet Management Lead, Management Reporting Intermediate Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: creating auditable tools using Excel functions such as INDEX-MATCH-MATCH, INDIRECT, or OFFSET, and various lookup functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP; utilizing SUMIF(S), SUMPRODUCT, and what-if analysis functions for sensitivity analytics, as well as integrate excel with SQL pipelines to enable real-time scenario forecasting; developing regulatory submission materials and board-level presentations that effectively convey regulatory frameworks, stress testing outcomes, and compliance updates; transforming analytics into structured executive narratives, incorporating dynamic charts and graphs for visual clarity; utilizing automation to streamline the creation of standard presentations, ensuring efficiency and consistency; leveraging for automating data processes, which involves streamlining repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy; using Python for validating assumptions; developing and maintaining scalable scripts that support test runs and facilitate production reporting and analysis of results; extracting and manipulating datasets using optimized SQL across Snowflake and Impala; writing queries and audit-ready logic to support stress testing and analytics; designing interactive dashboards to facilitate stress scenario analysis, assumption reviews, and resolution planning oversight; enabling stakeholders to dynamically explore liquidity trends; employing regression, time-series forecasting, and financial modeling to support assumption development and stress scenario analysis; utilizing custom back- testing frameworks to ensure model integrity and regulatory compliance. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: behavioral modeling; tactical liquidity generation; aligning product experience with liquidity assumptions and forecasting methodologies; analyzing stress test results to identify liquidity risks and recommend mitigation strategies in line with regulatory standard; interpreting scenario impacts across business lines and leading assumption calibration, remediation, and regulatory deliverables for evolving market shocks; modeling securities liquidation within RLEN frameworks and incorporating capital market considerations into stress testing; assessing how derivatives and other market products affect liquidity and funding; enhancing stress testing, scenario design, and risk assessment processes, ensuring assessment of liquidity outflow assumptions, both contractual and behavioral, for effective liquidity management; leading the liquidity and Treasury technology implementations, from communicating business requirements and implementation testing.

Full-Time. Salary: $173,000 - $215,000 per year.
