Transfer Agency Operations Service Delivery- Executive Director
Are you enthusiastic about driving transformation initiatives across the region? Then, this is your opportunity to join the Fund Services Operations team under Securities Services Operations, assuming a key role in the successful delivery and execution of the operations services in the region.
As Executive Director, Transfer Agency Operations Services Delivery, you will report to the Global Head and join the Global Transfer Agency Leadership team for both traditional and alternative funds. You will be part of the Global Transfer Agency Leadership team and you will collaborate with peers to define the target operating model, develop execution strategies, and lead remediation initiatives to boost scale and efficiency. You will strengthen controls, manage client-facing teams to meet service-level agreements, and oversee client change requirements to deliver efficient, market-leading services. You will drive client onboarding and retention while fostering staff development, process improvements, and clear performance metrics. You will champion innovation and transformation by implementing the fund services operations strategy and modernizing the client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the Transfer Agency Operations Service Delivery unit servicing traditional funds as well as implement the Transfer Agency Operations Service Delivery unit servicing alternatives funds in Luxembourg.
- Lead and manage client transformation, from initiation to implementation, ensuring adherence to service delivery requirement, timelines, risk management, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution on client deliverables, communicate client status updates, and provide Key Performance Indicators to senior management to ensure appropriate escalation and prioritization of all client issues.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to project and production teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades, process changes, and organizational restructuring, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Highly promote customer centric and leading by example to provide leadership across high performing operations functions, delivering exceptional service experience on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with Leadership Team and wider functions to enable consistent and effective operational processes whilst championing process improvement from concept to final delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Proven track in senior leadership roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
- Extensive background in transfer agency and/or client facing roles for traditional and alternative funds.
- Strong understanding of fund services operations, including fund accounting.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A team player who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding/ time-sensitive initiatives.
- Possess intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize substantial amounts of information and propose recommendation.
- Experience in developing and implementation of transformation.
- Demonstrated success in driving both business and cultural change to deliver business outcomes.
