As a Trading Services Analyst in the Trading Services team, you will serve as a vital resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring smooth trade execution and resolution of inquiries. Your responsibilities include investigating issues, monitoring trade flows, and reconciling trades using our trading platforms and systems. You will communicate solutions effectively across multiple channels and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally
- Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps
- Drive continuous improvement efforts while reducing risk across all touchpoints in the trade path
- Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
- Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office
- Facilitate training for new application users
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule releases, and detail requirements for future enhancements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
- Highly disciplined, self-starter, and able to execute assignments independently
- Team player with strong work ethic and professionalism
- Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the business
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment requiring creative and strategic thinking

- Shift Schedule: 8PM-5AM MNL Time (Mon-Fri)
- Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
