- Execute and verify daily trades to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with traders and team members to resolve trade discrepancies
- Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive and implement process improvements across trading operations
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends and trading regulations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review
- Contribute to strategic discussions and handle ad-hoc projects
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
