Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) Business Manager EMEA Region

J.P. Morgan Payments combines Treasury Services, Merchant Services, and Trade Solutions for Corporate clients, Financial Institutions, and Governments within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). The Trade & Working Capital Business Management team serves as strategic advisors to Sales & Product, partnering to define client strategy, establish growth plans, and optimize business performance. The team also acts as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.

As a Trade & Working Capital Business Manager within Trade & Working Capital Business Management you will be accountable for driving EMEA sales strategy, business performance management, and strategic execution for the T&WC franchise. Partnering closely with EMEA Sales leadership and aligned with the Global T&WC Sales Head, the role delivers regional growth initiatives, strengthens governance and controls, and coordinates cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Banking/Coverage, Credit, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Service partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership (and align with Global) to set and execute EMEA strategy, priorities, and operating rhythm.
  • Drive regional business development initiatives and cross-functional programs to accelerate growth in priority client segments and corridors.
  • Own the EMEA performance management framework (KPIs/scorecards, forecasting, pipeline and client activity reporting), converting insights into actions.
  • Provide market, client, competitor, and financial insights to inform commercialization, solution enhancements, and prioritization decisions.
  • Lead business reviews and executive materials, delivering value-added analysis (e.g., top clients, industries, competitor positioning) and clear recommendations.
  • Enable sales execution through sales acceleration, disciplined pipeline governance, and thought leadership / client-ready content.
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and risk management across EMEA, including escalation and coordination of mitigation plans with functional partners.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership for EMEA, including revenue/P&L performance tracking, driving actions to optimize revenue, profitability, and capacity in line with business priorities.
  • Champion digital transformation to improve sales processes, reporting automation, and client engagement effectiveness, coordinating with functional partners as required.
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships and lead, coach, and develop talent, fostering a high-performance culture.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with Trade & Working Capital products / trade finance solutions.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Management, COO or Strategy roles.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
