The franchise is a critical element of our all-encompassing client coverage and relationship, and it is an important component of the Firm's international growth strategy. Our clients are corporate and commercial enterprises and financial intermediaries. Client solutions include Receivables and Pre-Shipment Finance, Contract Monetization, Inventory Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Export Agency Finance, Trade Loans, Commercial Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit and Guarantees.
Job Summary
As an Associate in Product Solution Delivery (PSD) you will be part of a group which covers teams in all regions. PSD operate at the heart of the Trade & Working Capital business. This role provides a great platform to leverage your strengths and skillset to take and analyze data and transfer into compelling articulation of our strategic execution, reporting duties and value add to the Business and Client Experience. The role is essentially architectural in nature with an empowered self-motivating opportunity to showcase a vision with factual data-based evidence to chart progress against YoY metric performance. The PSD team have a complex coverage of multiple responsibilities for all Trade & Working Capital products for both pre and post implementation and onboarding of Clients with post close administration and risk participation on various platforms bookings. The team collaborate closely across Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) teams, and are the catalyst for transformative client experiences, and redefine solution-oriented success. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Product Solutions Delivery (PSD).

Job Responsibilities
- Engage in a client-centric solutions for products and initiatives, including Receivables and Payables Finance, Export and Agency Finance, and Inventory Finance.
- Manage programs to enhance business model optimization across TWC franchise by aligning initiatives to business priorities, securing sponsorship and buy-in, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Deliver regulated processes governance to drive accountability and transparency by embedding measurable standards and metrics that provide insight into team capacity, performance trends, and operational efficiency.
- Enhance communication and visibility through executive materials, and clear documentation. Embed process resilience and risk control standards to strengthen continuity and transparency. Engage and influence global teams, fostering collaboration, consistency, and shared ownership.
- Drive structure and governance to build clarity, accountability, and consistent delivery. Build trusted stakeholder partnerships to align initiatives with priorities and secure sponsorship and buy-in. Deliver data-driven insights that connect financials, sustainable delivery and performance for better decisions.
- Build a collective brand as one collaborative unit to enhance credibility and value by strengthening communication structures, and executive-level reporting for leadership visibility.
- Outline frameworks for client solutions management - including tech requirements and risk parameters in support of ambitious revenue targets: Deliver Regulatory oversight; Evaluate use cases and onboard fintech/vendor solutions for product expansion; Enable effective counterparty due diligence and periodic screening models to support growth strategy; Maintain Taxology Roles & Responsibilities, guide and inform Third Party Oversight & Business Resiliency governance ; Run Change Management process for PSD to ensure effective risk management
- Manage metrics reporting and analyze for trends and performance enrichment; Create compelling storyboards through state-of the-art technology for onward presentation to Senior Management, internal partners and externally with Clients; Data driven support for capacity planning & Resource Mgmt.
- Direct support of PSD head on multiple team communication channels including skip level, roundtables, All hands global Q updates with content and structure Mgmt.
- Manage the onboarding of fintech and tech tool solutions and manage the ongoing relationship.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Creative, solutions oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks across multiple disciplines and locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate across the organisation, but also with clients as and when required.
- Proven track record on data analytics with ability to take raw data into 21st century storyboards
- Understanding of Trade & Working Capital Products.
- Ability to manage workflow to ensure timely execution of responsibilities is important as time to revenue is a key Performance Indicator.
- Strong team player who can demonstrate excellent time management, planning skills and the flexibility to operate across multiple functions as a member of the wider T&WC team, but also being able to manage workload and day to day responsibilities independently.
- Evidenced culture awareness and role model team ethics values and behaviours
- Ability to demonstrate relevant product and industry experience, with knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit, regulatory and legal risk.
- Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced SME working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint / PitchPRO+ applications with working knowledge of AI applications Driving structure and governance to build clarity, accountability, and consistent delivery.
