As a Product Delivery Manager in Structured Working Capital (Trade & Working Capital), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) Product Delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Maintain a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Coach and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
- Interface directly with the product technology teams; orchestrating platform enhancements and ensuring quality among technical delivery.
- Advocate of the Structured Working Capital business; prioritizing quality value add platform enhancements while working under the limitations of capacity constraints - creating the art of the possible.
- Provide project management governance and leads regular project management calls to ensure visibility of project progress.
- Refine deliverable statements and epic refinement as aligned to the Structured Working Capital six quarter roadmap.
- Work with the business for enhancement refinements and existing platform capabilities.
- Manage project execution and stakeholder engagement globally across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM time zones.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness; including running large scale technology projects.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end (E2E) product lifecycle for Trade and Working Capital (TWC) solutions, including Core Trade and Structured Working Capital products.
- Understanding of cross border payments.
- Deep understanding of the Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance business.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Recognized thought leader within a related field; Fintech experience is preferred but not a must
- PMP / Six Sigma
- Masters degree
- Knowledge of other trade and working capital products.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, six quarter roadmap refinements and data analytics.
