As a Specialty Product Specialist IV in Trade and Working Capital, you process trade finance transactions to facilitate the purchase and sale of goods. You help us deliver a range of product offerings that enable international trade and reduce associated risks. Together, we support clients across ASIAPAC, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the U.S., leveraging our global network to maximize financing and add value. You will be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities
- Process transactions in accordance with company policies and International Chamber of Commerce rules
- Monitor queues, allocate work, and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements
- Identify and escalate regulatory issues, including OFAC, AML, and boycott language breaches
- Partner with other teams to adopt best practices and ensure timely delivery
- Escalate issues promptly that may impact service
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, and partners
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Prioritize work and multi-task without errors
- Apply process orientation to understand upstream and downstream implications
- Perform detailed research and resolve issues
- Maintain control of the environment in line with company and local regulatory policies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 2 years of trade work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Background in banking industry, preferably with accounting and finance
- CDCS (Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists) and CITF (Certificate in International Trade and Finance) certifications
