Technology Strategy Transformation-Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in the Transformation team within the Global Technology COO organization, you support and partner with us to solve complex problems, frame strategic decisions, and unblock implementation issues critical to achieving key priorities. You help deliver data-driven insights, maintain governance frameworks, and ensure program transparency. Together, we drive successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making and scope complex problems.
- Identify major issues and actionable opportunities for technology transformation.
- Support execution and delivery of large-scale programs across the organization.
- Build frameworks, develop content, and create solution roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing transformation frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology programs.
- Drive continuous process optimization and institutionalize lessons learned.
- Analyze source-system data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Develop trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across management and business lines.
- Own development of concise communication materials for executive audiences.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years experience in technology strategy, consulting, transformation, product, or other delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel for analysis and planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and articulate complex concepts for senior leaders and diverse stakeholders including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT management and technology concepts, including infrastructure, product operating models, budgeting, talent, and risk management.
- Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others.
- Ability to structure and scope complex problems using analytical and qualitative tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced data analytics skills, including extracting and modeling data from source systems.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for analysis and reporting.
- Financial services background.
