Join our dynamic team as a Technology Recruitment Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for our world-class technology organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the growth of a company with a strong market reputation.

As a Technology Recruitment Specialist in the Glasgow Technology Hub, you will be responsible for recruiting technology roles ranging from Software Engineers to Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Cyber Security Analysts. Your success will depend on your ability to proactively source top talent and manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to design and develop meaningful recruiting strategies based on your understanding of the complex market.
  • Support candidates through the recruitment journey, end to end
  • Serve as the contact for lateral recruiting for HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other HR Specialists for Technology in London.
  • Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to clients to inform hiring decisions.
  • Partner with sourcing experts to maximise sourcing capabilities and candidate pools
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners; collaborate with team leads to deliver staffing initiatives and reports.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • In-house recruitment experience for high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • 360 recruitment experience
  • Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies
  • Solid project management and reporting skills with the ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, JPMC HR colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate tracking, employment systems and processes.
