Job Summary:
As a Technical Product Associate in the Developer Experience Engineering team within the Platform organization, you will deliver platform-as-a-product tooling that supports the bank's operations. You will prioritize features based on business value and customer needs, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your hands-on approach will help drive key activities such as quarterly planning and OKRs, making a direct impact on the developer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver platform-as-a-product tooling to support business operations
  • Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
  • Define and execute product roadmaps in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and address platform pain points
  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and launch of new features
  • Drive strategic activities such as quarterly planning, OKR updates, and technical backlog creation
  • Balance strategic feature development with ad-hoc business demands and live platform support
  • Manage and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ensure alignment of platform initiatives with business objectives
  • Support continuous improvement of the developer experience
  • Maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused approach

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to gather requirements and prioritize features to deliver business value
  • Experience driving strategic activities such as planning, OKR updates, and backlog creation
  • Skill in balancing strategic development with ad-hoc business needs and live platform support
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Passion for continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
