Technical AI Program Manager - Executive Director

As an Executive Director, Technical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager within Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Technology - Payments, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise-wide (AI) programs. This role is responsible for driving the vision, execution, and delivery of complex AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The Executive Director will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale AI programs across multiple business units.
- Partners with senior executives to define AI program objectives, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps.
- Oversees cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Ensures programs adhere to governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Achieves stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and change management for AI initiatives.
- Identifies emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on business strategy.
- Manages program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Significant experience in program management, with recent experience in AI/ML or advanced technology domains.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale technology programs at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
- Exceptional executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance
