Role Overview

As a Trading Services Associate supporting Equity Swaps Client Service, you will be a critical resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders. You will act as a liaison across the business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of inquiries, robust monitoring of trade execution flows, and disciplined trade reconciliation practices . Success in this role requires clear communication and composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment across multiple channels, including in person, phone, and email .

Core Responsibilities

You will investigate and resolve client and internal inquiries, driving clear ownership from intake through root-cause analysis and solution delivery . You will monitor trade execution flows and related exceptions, partnering closely with the front office and operational teams to protect service quality and mitigate operational risk . You will perform and oversee trade reconciliations, ensuring accurate capture, timely breaks management, and appropriate escalation aligned to control expectations . You will build and maintain a working, functional understanding of trading platforms and systems to support effective troubleshooting and to communicate resolutions succinctly to stakeholders . You will consistently deliver solutions and updates with precision and professionalism across email, phone, and in-person interactions in a high-pressure setting .

Qualifications

Candidates must have already completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economic Sciences . Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience in finance or a closely related field, with demonstrated performance in a high-paced client service environment . Fluency in English is required . Proficiency with the MS Office suite is required . Familiarity with automation tools is a plus and will be considered favourably, but is not mandatory .
