Sustainable Investing Research Associate

As a Sustainable Investing Research Analyst within our Global Asset Management team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will collaborate with research analysts to lead projects on ESG, climate investing, and sustainable outcomes. You will monitor and ensure the accuracy of third-party sustainability data, conducting regular vendor due diligence. You will partner with investment and technology teams to assess and enhance sustainable investing frameworks, while maintaining efficient information sharing and documentation.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead defined research tasks on ESG, climate investing, and sustainable outcomes.
• Collaborate with sustainable investing research analysts on diverse projects.
• Monitor third-party data quality for sustainable investing metrics.
• Conduct regular due diligence on data vendors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assess the impact of changes in sustainable investing frameworks and tools.
• Partner with investment platform and technology teams to enhance processes.
• Ensure efficient information sharing across the team.
• Maintain documentation to support governance and compliance.
• Analyze sustainability data to inform investment decisions.
• Support the development of innovative sustainable investment solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership in sustainable investing.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

• Demonstrate keen interest and exposure to sustainability-related topics.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Exhibit professional skills in Excel and SQL.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Show high attention to detail in all tasks.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

• Bring experience in sustainability data analysis through ESG data providers or asset managers.
• Demonstrate exposure to collaboration with technology teams.
• Possess professional Python skills for data analysis.
