WorkSmarter is a strategy team within Global Technology focused on enabling individuals and teams to work more effectively by leveraging core and innovative technologies. We collaborate across product teams and business executives to pilot new tools, accelerate adoption, drive and define impact.

As a Strategy Senior Associate on WorkSmarter, you will help shape how JPMorgan Chase adopts and scales transformative technologies to employees. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and strategy, influencing enterprise priorities and guiding firmwide transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to define adoption roadmaps, orchestrate change programs, and deliver measurable impact. Job Responsibilities

  • Craft executive-level narratives and insights that showcase progress and impact.
  • Drive cross-LOB alignment by convening forums to share best practices and accelerate adoption.
  • Lead pilots and proofs of concept for emerging technologies in partnership with product teams.
  • Design adoption strategies and experiences that make new capabilities intuitive and valuable.
  • Engage senior executives and C-suite leaders to shape adoption priorities and transformation roadmaps.
  • Surface insights that inform investment and innovation decisions across the firm.
  • Benchmark solutions and assess capabilities to guide enterprise technology strategy.
  • Translate technology trends into actionable strategies for adoption and scale.
  • Build expertise in core and emerging technologies, including genAI and collaboration platforms.
  • Partner with diverse teams to accelerate enterprise priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years in Financial Services, Management Consulting, or Technology with a focus on innovation, transformation, or change leadership.
  • Proven ability to shape adoption strategies and deliver measurable impact.
  • Skilled at engaging senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Ability to distill complex challenges into strategic opportunities and actionable plans.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Adept at building partnerships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) and apply them to improve processes and drive adoption.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, MS Copilot) and other collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on experience applying emerging technologies-including AI and large language models (LLMs)-to solve business challenges and drive transformation.
