As a Strategic Program Manager within Loyalty Partner channel team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings
and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale,
cross-functional initiatives within our highly matrixed organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive complex programs-often with technical
components-from conception to successful completion, partnering with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and status reports for executive leadership.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure program milestones are met.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage change and ensure adoption of new processes, technologies, or solutions resulting from program outcomes.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or projects in a complex, matrixed environment.

• Proven track record of delivering initiatives with technical components to completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
• Master's degree or relevant advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience in technology-driven organizations or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with change management best practices.
• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting program updates.
