As a Strategic Analytics Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Global Services function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and operational insights. Job responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and monitor key management metrics to assess the health of our global operations program, driving strategic decisions that enhance business outcomes.
  • Manage a complex analytics portfolio with rigorous project management discipline, leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality enhancements.
  • Partner with senior leaders to advance their business analytics agenda, delivering insights that inform strategic priorities and drive innovation.
  • Manage product developers, communicate requirements, and ensure strategic alignment with executives to drive digital product innovation and success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data-driven insights, identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements and continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with technology, application owners, and data management teams to align on a roadmap for advanced analytics and automated solutions.
  • Dive into datasets to uncover trends, outliers, and relationships, utilizing interactive visualizations to empower stakeholders to explore data and discover insights independently.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, and/or Management Consulting roles.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in SQL database systems.
  • Proficiency in analytical and business intelligence tools such as Python, R, Qlik Sense, Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder partnership ability, with a track record of using data to solve complex business problems.
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field.
