Job summary
As a Stakeholder Readiness and Engagement -Senior Associate in Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO), you will support the CTPO Governance team by managing day-to-day readiness and engagement execution for assigned transformation initiatives. You will translate approved strategy into detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, maintain readiness evidence and facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback loops. You will serve as an execution integrator across program, process, communications, training, knowledge, product, technology, control and regional teams. You will escalate material risks and decisions to the Vice President Lead rather than independently owning enterprise readiness strategy, go-live recommendations or program delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Manage readiness and engagement workstreams, translating approved strategy into clear execution plans.
- Coordinate deliverables across program, process, communications, training, knowledge, product, technology, control and regional teams.
- Build stakeholder maps and coordinate assessments of changes to roles, processes, systems, controls and support paths.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder briefings, workshops, office hours, demonstrations, regional sessions and post-launch support.
- Manage engagement requests, briefing materials, subject-matter experts, questions, feedback and follow-up actions.
- Maintain readiness trackers and evidence, escalating risks, dependencies, overdue actions and unclear ownership.
- Prepare draft scorecards, status updates and leadership summaries to support readiness decisions.
- Coordinate communications and training inputs, approvals, delivery and updates; maintain readiness templates and playbooks.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, transformation adoption, program management or a related field.
- Experience translating strategy into execution plans and coordinating multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills, including experience supporting senior leaders.
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, readiness tracking or status reporting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage changing priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
- Ability to synthesize feedback, identify risks and recommend practical actions.
- Working knowledge of risk management, third-party oversight, governance or control frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in financial services, outsourcing, procurement, supplier management or third-party risk management.
- Experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology, risk or regulatory transformation from planning through steady state.
- Familiarity with readiness scorecards, adoption measures, stakeholder feedback analysis, change calendars and governance evidence.
- Experience working with global and regional stakeholders across business and corporate functions.
- Experience creating or maintaining procedures, playbooks, frequently asked questions, role guides, training materials or knowledge content.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, data visualization, workflow automation or artificial intelligence-enabled productivity tools.
