Servicing Operations - Advise the frontline teams connecting millions of customers to their everyday banking needs across cards, checking, savings, and auto loans. Real people, real stakes, real-time decisions.

Voice Product & Contact Center Platform - Guide the architects building next-generation global contact center infrastructure. Think AI, omnichannel integration, and transformative tech that redefines how customers interact with the firm-anytime, anywhere, through any channel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be embedded where it matters - Deliver real-time legal support directly to product teams using agile methodologies, moving at the speed of business
  • Spot issues before they become problems - Research and assess emerging legal risks, then craft strategic opinions that keep innovation on track and the firm protected
  • Build your internal network - Partner across Legal, Compliance, and Risk to develop smart, coordinated advice that balances opportunity with sound judgment
  • Communicate with impact - Translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for stakeholders at every level-whether through live sessions, emails, formal memos, or agile tools like Jira
  • Create the playbook - Develop foundational legal guidance and frameworks that teams will rely on long after you've drafted them
  • Stay ahead of the curve - Monitor market trends and analyze innovative tech strategies so your advice is informed by what's happening now-and what's coming next
  • Drive transformation - Play an active role in CCB Legal's agile evolution, helping shape how modern legal teams operate in a fast-moving business environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

  • J.D. degree or equivalent, and licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based or otherwise in compliance with the in-house counsel registration rules of that state/jurisdiction
  • At least three years of experience practicing law post-J.D.
  • Work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders through persuasion, motivation, and leadership
  • Solve problems with collaboration, creativity, and practicality
  • Analyze complex situations across a broad range of issues
  • Display strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Display a high degree of initiative and self-direction while exercising decisive, sound judgment in a very fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

  • Education or experience in an area of technology
  • Working knowledge of financial services industry with emphasis on consumer financial products; familiarity with various consumer banking laws

All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment
